1997 First to offer variable perforation patterns for shelf life extension in flower bulb packaging.

Coffee/candy films offered with metalized-clear combo printing. Our first project involved a coffee mountain scene to expose the packaged beans.

2003 Micro perforated lidding with variable cooking time compartments per tray. Allowed even and fast cooking times for the protein and vegetable components.
2005 Easy Peel films with high quality graphics were introduced to our customers for consumer convenience. Easy opening was the key to these films for forming and pre made pouches.
2006 Special barrier sealant laminations were introduced into the frozen food market for microwave cooking applications. These assured excellent barrier/rapid reheating times as well as package stability in the freezer.
2007 Multistage cold seal adhesives were formulated for high speed nutrition bar wrapping and barriers against migration due to product oil content.
2009 Matte finish/glossy combo printing was introduced to make our customers designs stand out in a crowded marketplace.

R & D at Polymeric was working closely with our customers on projects for our dual oven cooking system. We realized the need for a consumer package to be both stable in a conventional oven and microwave.

Our dual oven cooking system was in the marketplace as films for converting and pre-made pouches. Total consumer convenience and rapid/even cooking was highlighted. With 8 color graphics using special FDA inks, we captured attention.

More innovations with our sister company Accuperf, Inc. in shelf life extension and cooking systems have led to numerous projects including frozen dinners and restaurant/institution packs.
